We take your privacy seriously. Here is what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Make Them Prove It is operated by Tanya Graham, the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Ltd, acts as Merchant of Record and receives the personal data needed to complete your purchase.
1. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to deliver the service you asked for:
- Free starter kit: first name and email address.
- Kit purchase: email address and payment information handled by our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Rush Paperwork Review: email address, name, state, court name, plaintiff name, deadline or hearing date, your description of the situation, and the files you upload.
- Support emails: whatever you choose to send us, including attachments.
We also collect basic technical information such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited, through standard server logs and analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the kit, upload link, or review notes you requested.
- Send the free email course if you signed up for it.
- Answer your support questions during the 14-day support window.
- Improve the site and fix problems.
- Comply with legal requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information to advertise unrelated products.
3. How we store and protect your information
Your data is stored in our backend database and file storage provided by Lovable Cloud / Supabase. Uploaded lawsuit papers are stored in a private bucket with signed, time-limited access links. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest by the storage provider.
We limit access to uploaded files to our review staff and to you through your private link. We do not publish, share, or sell your court papers.
4. Retention
We keep your account and order information for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal or tax obligations. Uploaded files for Rush Paperwork Review are kept for a limited period after your review is complete, then deleted on a retention schedule. You may request deletion of your data by emailing support.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use small cookies and similar technologies to keep track of your session and to understand how people use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly.
6. Email and unsubscribe
If you sign up for the free starter kit or buy a kit, we may email you about your order, your upload link, your review notes, or follow-up educational content. Every marketing or educational email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails about your purchase or review do not have an unsubscribe option because they are necessary to deliver the service.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email us at support@provethedebt.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
This site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
