Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. By using this site or buying a kit, you agree to them.
1. What this site is
Make Them Prove It is operated by Tanya Graham ("we", "us"), the seller of the products on this site. It is a self-help education and document-preparation service. We sell downloadable kits and optional paperwork-review services to people who are responding to a debt lawsuit, a default judgment, or a garnishment.
We are not a law firm. None of the owners, staff, contractors, or contributors are your attorney. Nothing on this site — including any document, email, review note, or support reply — is legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by buying a kit, using the questionnaire, uploading papers, or emailing us.
2. You are responsible for your case
Court rules, deadlines, forms, filing fees, and procedures vary by state, county, and court. It is your responsibility to:
- Confirm your exact filing deadline with your court clerk.
- Verify the rules and format your court requires.
- Review every document for accuracy before you sign or file it.
- File on time and pay the correct filing fee.
- Keep copies of everything you send or receive.
Missing a deadline can cause a default judgment or dismissal of your claims. We cannot file anything for you and we cannot guarantee that any court will accept a document generated here.
3. No outcome is guaranteed
We do not promise, predict, or guarantee any result in your case. Results depend on the facts, the law, the judge, the plaintiff, and many other factors outside our control. Testimonials, examples, and case walkthroughs on the site are illustrative examples only, not predictions of what will happen in your case.
4. Purchases and delivery
Kits and the Rush Paperwork Review are one-time digital purchases. After payment you receive access to download the documents or to a private upload link. Access to your downloads stays open for 365 days from purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the [Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms](https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).
5. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — request one at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) or through support@provethedebt.com. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Rush Paperwork Review
The optional Rush Paperwork Review is a non-attorney document review. A trained support person looks at the papers you upload and the documents you generated, then sends written notes about missing information, formatting problems, wrong dates, and gaps we notice. It is not legal advice, it is not attorney review, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not promise any outcome, correction, or court result.
7. How you may use the documents
When you buy a kit, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated documents for your own personal, non-commercial legal response. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or represent the documents as legal advice. You may edit the documents for your own use.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, templates, code, writing, and design are owned by Make Them Prove It or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Make Them Prove It and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, documents, or services, including missed deadlines, default judgments, lost wages, garnishments, or any other consequence of a legal case. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
10. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Make Them Prove It operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at the email below and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Contact
