14-day refund window

Every product on this site is a digital download or a digital service. If the product is not what you needed, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and refunds.

• Request a refund at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email support@provethedebt.com with your order email and purchase date, and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, usually 3 to 10 business days.

What you are agreeing to at checkout

Before you complete any purchase, you are asked to acknowledge that:

• You understand this is a self-help education and document product, not legal advice.
• You are not creating an attorney-client relationship.
• You are responsible for confirming your court's rules, deadlines, and filing fees.
• The product is delivered digitally and immediately.
• No outcome in your case is guaranteed.
• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Duplicate or failed charges

If you are charged twice for the same product, contact us or Paddle and the duplicate charge will be corrected. If a technical problem prevents you from getting your files, contact support and we will deliver them to you.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us or Paddle before filing a chargeback. Almost every issue can be resolved faster directly, and a refund request within the 14-day window is the quickest route.
